To achieve this goal, the Human Resources and Culture Department, in collaboration with other company departments, has developed a comprehensive training program encompassing all areas of the company's operations. This program offers practical training opportunities to graduates and job seekers, equipping them with essential skills to complement their theoretical education and prepare them for the workforce.
Program Objectives:
- Reinforce the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, including the “Enhancement/ Taaziz” and “Growth/ Numu” initiatives.
- Broaden the perspectives of students and job seekers and enhance their knowledge of job market requirements.
- Familiarize trainees with the latest developments and trends in the skills required for the job market.
- Work to improve the abilities of the trainees and refine their practical and scientific skills.
- Equip trainees, including students and job seekers, with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills that enhance their competitiveness in the job market.
- Contribute to the preparation and qualification of students and job seekers to enter the workforce, making them more prepared to give and contribute.
